Production of CdTe Photon Counting Detectors

We have an extensive installed manufacturing base for crystal growth of CdTe and fabrication of photon counting detectors. Our production capability is supported by an elaborate material characterization laboratory which includes automated wafer-scale infrared microscopy, imourity analysis, and extensive electrical and charge transport characterization We leverage years of R&D in crystal growth of semiconductors and fabrication of detectors to produce second-to-none photon-counting detectors.
